Take on your Men's Fitness workout of the week, a new 52-part series to keep you inspired and challenged for 2015. We'll post a new workout every Monday and for an added incentive, we'll take on the workout too so you can see how your best time compares with a member of the MF team.
Workout of the Week #27
Do a pull-up ladder from one rep to ten as fast as you can.
How to do the workout:
Shotgun the pull-up bar. Then do one pull-up, overhand grip, no kipping, pull your chin just above the bar, then drop to the floor. Next do two pull-ups before dropping to the floor. Repeat this process, resting as much as you need, until you do ten reps in one go. If you have to break the sets up that's fine but the target is to complete the whole ladder as fast as you can. In total you should do 55 pull-ups. Well done. Pat yourself on the back.
Watch the video, take on the challenge and post your best score in the comments section below.
MF's par time: 4min
