Transformed: Week 9, Day 59 - Cardio Workout

It's been eight weeks of steady training and systematic nutrition. You're probably feeling one of two ways: exhausted or energized. Whatever the case, do as Alicia Ziegler says and "check in with yourself." Gage what you're doing and how you're doing it.

If you're so tired you can't train, maybe you need to skip those bonus workouts and take an extra rest day. Or maybe you're not feeling tired at all, and you know that you could be pushing yourself a little harder.

You only have four weeks left. It's your job to finish in the best, most positive way you can. In today's video, Ziegler offers great advice for how to manage those final four weeks!
